Our Site Plans display colour coded landscaping elements, the boundaries of the property and any other vital information which may be requested by the solicitor.
As-Built Plans
Our As-Built Plans are surveyed in detail including internal fixtures and fittings and any external areas where required.
Our Process

Arrange an Appointment
Contact us to get a quote and arrange a convenient time for our team to survey your property.
2.
Site Survey
Our team will schedule a visit to your property to conduct the site survey.
3.
Draft Plans
You can expect to receive the draft plans for approval via email within a couple of days.
4.
Final Plans
Once you approve the draft plans, we will send the final version to you or your solicitor for them to submit to Land Registry.
We instruct Newington Plans when our clients need a Land Registry compliant plan. We use Newington Plans as they are very reliable, they always give us a quick turnaround and we know that we will not have any comebacks from Land Registry.
